How to install windwos server 2008

Install Windows Server 2008 ?
Step1 Check system requirements.
Check hardware and software compatibility.
Choose the appreciate file system : Fat, Fat32, NTFS
And decide on a work group or domain installation.

• Minimum: 512MB RAM • Recommended: 2GB RAM or greater • Maximum (32-bit systems): 4GB (Standard) or 64GB (Enterprise and Data center) • Maximum (64-bit systems): 32GB (Standard) or 2TB (Enterprise, Data center and Itanium-based Systems)
Available Disk Space
• Minimum: 10GB • Recommended: 40GB or greater Note: Computers with more than 16GB of RAM will require more disk space for paging, hibernation, and dump files

DVD-ROM drive
Display and Peripherals
• Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution monitor • Keyboard • Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device.
Step2: You can install directly from a CD by booting your computer with the CD.
Start the computer from the CD, The setup process begin loading a looking screen,
Step2:- after then Setup will load all the needed files and drivers then Read and accept the installation language and other regional option and make your selection and Press NEXT.
Step3:- After next press, install Now to begin the installation process.
Step4: Enter product ID in the next windows or you want to automatically activate windows the moment the installation finishes,Click Next.
Step5:Accept the licensing agreement by clicking to select the check box and pressing Next.
Step6: Which type of installation do you want ? Upgrade or Custom(Advanced),you select the custom(advanced).
Step7: In the,where do you want to install windows ? after you choose the disk and then Click Next.
Step8: Installation will continue after that the setup process reboots and new windows server 2008 type of login screen, Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to log in(Windows server 2003 install to the final phase of the setup process)
Step9: Click on other User.
Step10: The default Administrator is bank,so you administrator and press Enter.
Step11: you can change the user's name and password,if you have no choise but to press OK.
Step:12: After the copying and configuring phase is finished then setup finishes and boots windows server 2008.you will be able to start working.
